We’re pleased to announce that TOMSEY Engineering & Services International Ltd has successfully completed the HAZID and HAZOP studies for the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) stage of the Hely Creek Surface Facilities Project – PPL 221, located in the Sapele area of Delta State.

Working for Transnational Energy Limited (TEL) and Platform Petroleum Limited JV Technical (PPL JV Tech), the studies focused on the proposed flowline system designed to transport production from the re-entry of HC-02 and the new HC-03 well over 13.1 km to the Sapele Integrated Gas Plant (SIGP).
Through these workshops, our Technical Safety team facilitated structured hazard identification, detailed process deviation analysis, operability reviews, and safeguard recommendations, ensuring the FEED design aligns with applicable Nigerian and international standards while supporting safe and efficient project development.

This work forms a critical part of the FEED stage, helping to strengthen the safety and operability of the planned facilities and supporting the continued development of the Hely Creek field.
We thank the teams at TEL and PPL JV Tech for their strong collaboration and valuable contributions throughout this engagement.
